Terms & Conditions — Sacred Table Dinner Club
By applying for or participating in Sacred Table, you agree to the following terms, designed to protect the integrity, intimacy, and quality of the experience.
Membership Access & Experience
Membership grants access to nine private curated dinner gatherings per year in New York City.
Dinners are hosted in elegant, confidential venues, with locations revealed 1–2 weeks prior to each gathering.
Each evening features a multi-course dining experience, curated conversation, storytelling, live or immersive elements, and opportunities for meaningful connection.
Membership is intended for individuals who value presence, respect, cultural curiosity, and thoughtful engagement.
RSVP & Attendance
Members must RSVP by the stated deadline for each dinner.
Due to the intimate nature of gatherings:
-
Seats are limited
-
Missed dinners cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or rolled over
Members who miss multiple events without notice may receive lower RSVP priority in the future.
Guest Policy
Sacred Table gatherings are designed primarily for members.
If a member is unable to attend, they may nominate a guest once or twice per year, subject to brief pre-approval to ensure alignment with the spirit of the community.
Guests must uphold the same standards of discretion, respect, and conduct as members.
Membership Fees & Payment
Membership fees are annual and non-refundable once confirmed.
An initiation fee may apply.
Failure to comply with community standards may result in non-renewal or termination without refund.
Membership officially begins at the start of the month following enrollment, unless otherwise stated.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold the spirit of Sacred Table, including:
-
Respectful, gracious, and inclusive behavior
-
Discretion regarding event locations and fellow members
-
No disruptive, disrespectful, or pretentious conduct
Sacred Table reserves the right to decline renewal or attendance if behavior compromises the quality or safety of the experience.
Confidentiality & Media
To preserve intimacy:
-
Event locations, guest identities, and private conversations should not be publicly shared
-
Photography or recording may be limited at certain gatherings
Any official event photography will be shared respectfully and never used without consent.
Cancellations, Changes & Force Majeure
Sacred Table reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, or programming if needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Events may be rescheduled in cases of force majeure, including venue closures, safety concerns, or acts beyond reasonable control.
Affiliates & Referrals
Members who introduce aligned individuals may be eligible for referral perks or privileges, at the discretion of Sacred Table.
Final Note
Sacred Table is not simply a dining series — it is a curated cultural circle. Membership is offered with care to preserve the quality, intimacy, and energy of each gathering.
Participation implies agreement with these terms and with the spirit of the experience.
